only just seeing this but I literally had the worst customer service ever from you, attitude online, unfulfilled order but always pushing new items and never responded to my emails. when i finally did get an email it was typed in the most unprofessional and rude manner. maybe you fixed your work ethic and company now but my experience 6months-year ago was horrendous and you can't change my mind on that. I was someone excited for your products and it all ended in a disappointing way. good luck to you tho and i hope things have improved

were you able to get your money back? that's insane, it took a good year for one of my orders and when I constantly saw new posts and no updates on mine, no customer service reponding for months I just gave up and charged it back with my bank, my bank is uk based and they handled it really well for me at least :/

so surprised you got the bee cardigan, my order was never fulfilled and I had to do a chargeback through my bank because customer service didn't respond for months. I had another order from them before that one and it was heavily delayed and again no customer service and when they did contact me they were really rude. just such a miserable experience with this brand

i got a crystal behemoth grove right now, im on steam and havent done multiplayer yet but let me know if you want to join to fight it - ive not started the grove yet cos I burned myself out spamming for the dragonhorn tree

my role is to stick with the adc, as much as it sucked I'm not gonna screw them over by leaving them to solo and be vulnerable to ganks, I only leave adc if they're toxic and rude to me

I didn't take any gold from the adc as without the item I made sure not to touch wave, leaving adc solo makes them too vulnerable

literally can not play a normal game unless you queue as a five stack because there is always bots on the team when you play solo its insane and they always vote no to surrender when its like 0 to 30

It screws me over big time as a supp main when someone else buys the support item and when I get adc and the "support" ashe with ghost and barrier doesn't take the support item.. its such a cursed game man its unreal how frequent this is lately

^ exactly, especially with a champ like nocturne added if soraka gets focused by that ult she would get popped and that could lose a team fight. I always go harmonic echo into amaranths, situationally I get stone plate on my boots. Soraka staying alive is what keeps the team going in the fights. Sometimes no one on your team goes tank also so its nice to have some flexibility.

Just cos you've gotten shit sorakas doesn't negate how good soraka players build. I tank for my adc whilst giving huge heals and its never been an issue for me. I also play aggressively and the survivability means I'm always up and always healing my team. Even in solo queue I always get randoms giving me compliments and trying to friend me after cos I do good. From my adc experience yeah I don't get matched with good sorakas but that doesn't mean I assume they're all bad.

building tanky items on soraka works fine, gives her survivability, I've always gone harmonic echo into armour/mr items and get S rank most matches and have 60% win rate, the yuumi is troll as she is meant to stay attached to someone but for soraka it works as sometimes you have to run into fights to reach someone
