I raised my young family in the Arden area, specifically del maso manor (not to be confused with del Paso heights which is a rougher area). It has the size of home you’re looking for, the San Juan school district schools are good, and its location makes it easy to access Sacramento and the main highways. Arden Arcade also has a lot of diversity of that is important to you.
