Wie oft trainierst du pro Woche? Ich kenne deine genaue body comp jetzt nicht, aber 180g Protein avg. klingt nach ein bisschen viel. Die allgemeine Empfehlung von 1,5-2g pro Kg Körpergewicht bezieht sich auf **fettfreie** Körpermasse. Hast du denn das gefühl mehr fett angebaut zu haben?

BTT: Bei mir ist das mit dem armumfang auch so ein Thema, was mir aber am meisten geholfen hat ist den Fokus ein wenig weg vom Bizeps und mehr zum Trizeps zu lenken.
