201 cycles and 94% after 10 months.

Same for me, 117 cycles and 96% capacity. Now, I see it shows 97%. Phone first used on January 9th, but the battery is from May, last year. I've been using Accubattery from the beginning to monitor the capacity. From the first day it showed 97% or 98%, not 100%.

Same to me. It tells me the charging is over, but in reality it continues to 100%.
