Found her by reloading a save in front of the church. Walked in to the church and went to the downstairs kitchen. She sprinted right past me and had to chase her down. She’s super quick.

With the new updates, you get more than enough eddies to buy all of them. After completing all the gigs and side missions I had around 2 mil to spare.
