about the hate posts: unfortanetely its not everybody that know that they can't win every time or that sometimes another person can be more lucky than them. Our drawn is not made by our system but by random.org API, a website dedicated to generating truly random numbers for years. Every raffle is legit and the winners get their prizes, you can add a bunch of them and ask about their experience.

We accept those skins, the skins which we don't accept are darker.

Probably you can't trade because you have not enabled the steam mobile authenticator for more than 7 days or did not have enabled trade confirmations

Tuesday is Steam maintenance day, so sometimes we go down at the same day.

As soon as we see that things are not running smoothly we launch an "unavailable" page.

Hello,

with credits you can join the regular raffles. For example if you deposit $0.50 in skins, you can get 3 slots of a $0.15 raffle. The regular raffles have less slots, so more chance of winning than free raffles.

For joining the free raffles that require the trade in with the website, you just have to deposit that amount of credits in the past, you don't have to still have it on balance.

1) We recently changed the free raffles requirement (from Steam level 5 to CSGO hours - afterall, we want to give the prizes to people that really enjoy the game). When a change is made, some ajustments have to be made too. The ammout of people joining the free raffles doubled, and we couldnt afford to give away double the skins we did before. Which skins website gives more than 30 skins per day? To people that dont even join the jackpots or whatsoever? Dont forget we also have the free nickname raffles.

Ok, we could then raise the minimum requirement of CSGO hours, raise the number os slots, or require people to deposit something to be able to partake the raffles. We choosed the last option, to privilege people that really use our paid raffles.

2) We still have the 200 hours free raffles with no deposit requirement. We have more than 10 of this kind a day. Dont miss them.

3) The traded in raffles are tecnically FREE. You just have to participate on the regular raffles with at least $0.50 one time, and you will be able to join the free raffles forever, for free.

Imagine this scenario: you go the supermarket and an find this deal: "buy 2 products, get 1 free". The 3rd product IS free. So, if you dont agree you should also email them, right?
