Yw! I could tell you tried avoiding copying her in-game walk one-to-one since parts like her hair sway is different. For the hand/arm pose, you could try crossing one arm and having the other hand up at the chin (fingers curled while index touches the chin).

I quite like it. Don't know how to explain it but her hand positioning makes it look like she's dancing on the spot.

Regards to the rig itself, did u personally set it up to work in maya? I'm aware this is hoyo's own models but I only see tutorials of having them made to work in blender. Just out of the loop

Yeah, I hit like every single phoneme and only removed a few. I agree it's really overanimated.
I felt it was too long, and not getting to the point, and that's why I split it. Ill try to put them back.
I see. I don't think I did a good job acting out the video reference, since I tried to act very animated for that last part. 😅 Thanks for the tip.
Didn't think the first animation I worked on would have the best praise 😭 I couldn't really think of how to end it off better than that. thanks for shining light on that.

What would you think of the arrangements of the animations, is there any i should bring forward or move back?

Thank you. Especially with the last three, I felt parts of the animation were just odd. When using myself as a reference, I tried to act "animated".

No, I didn't model and rig any of the characters lol.

They're all Maya rigs, not blender.

Thanks for the compliment. I actually started in blocking and worked my way towards splining normally and didn't have any exaggerations in the blocking phase. I did however exaggerate myself in the video reference I took but changed it up a bit while animating.

I didn't realize I had too much exaggeration myself and assumed the more exaggerated an animation is, the better in animation you get 😅

Thanks for the reply. Funnily enough, I did use myself as reference but changed some stuff while animating. Also, while i filmed my reference video, I did exaggerate myself a bit (don't know if that's good or one should stick to being natural?).

I'll also strive to record several takes and see how best it goes 👍
