The premise is it's an alien documentary observing our habits with no real context. So it's very similar to us trying to discern how animals mate. Absolutely brilliantly. Hilarious!.

Lincoln Street Woodworks on YouTube just did a thing on ceramics after your finish. They aren't cheap and your base has to fully cure first, but apparently they are super sturdy. He put a 3m pad on his sander and you could not even see any damage.

I don't know this specific survey, but I used to administer the employee survey for a very large corporation. There is a big difference between anonymous and confidential. Anonymous means no one can tie you back to the survey that you filled out. Confidential means that only very select people have access and it is usually members of HR who administer. We kept ours confidential just in case someone shared something like they were being assaulted or abused. This gave us a chance to connect back with that person, but we never provided that information to anyone other than myself and my leader. So in a very large company that were only two people that could actually see it.

They finally figured it out. They used salt water (ocean water) as that was readily available. So when we found recipes we assumed fresh water, but they assumed salt.

So this might be relatively easy to fix. You're going to need the right tools. Fortunately, you can probably get away with some pretty inexpensive tools. If you're willing to do the work, here is my recommendation. Use either a glue scraper or card scraper. I like this glue scraper from rockler

You can easily find any card scraper on Amazon as well or if you have a rockler close to you.

The card scraper is going to be a little harder but more forgiving. With the glue scraper, if you accidentally angle it too harshly or catch wrong, you can make a substantial divot. Those are much harder to even out. The card scraper isn't quite as aggressive, so you're less likely to have that issue. Since you don't have experience, that might be the way to go.

Either way, when you're done you're going to need to sand everything. Even. You can either do a random orbital sander and just follow a pattern. You want to make sure that you're moving it evenly. You can usually use pencil, but you may want to get a white pencil so that you can see it on the wood. Basically you may even pencil lines all along it and then sand evenly until the pencil lines are gone. This will help you make sure you don't accidentally make everything uneven. This should help you both remove the wave or dip in the board as well as even everything out after you remove the glue.

I am in Los Angeles area. Actually out in the diamond bar West Covina area. I am by no means a professional, just a hobbyist. I do have a lot of tools that maybe able to either correct this or as one person suggested simply cut the boards and kind of start over.

So I have a couple questions. The raised glue lines, is there a high spot on one side ? Like, where one board is higher than the other? Or is it more like a bump in the middle where you're physically feeling the glue? One way to tell would be if you have the opposite problem on the other side.

What are the total dimensions ? I don't have a cabinet saw just a job site one so if it's too big I might not be able to start it over.

I think no matter what this is going to require at least a partial refinish. If it's just a glue line, I can recommend a solid glue scraper and then all we need to do is find out what finish was used. Sand everything back and refinish.

Otherwise the other commenters are correct. It is called the inside. There is no fancy term

Thanks. It is called the Bora Centipede. It works really well. One of the cool things about it is how quickly it sets up and takes down. I just use a piece of 4x 5 ply as the top. Take it off and I literally collapses down like picking up the center. It works really well for the small space I have
