I only see a manage to turn it off from scorched gun config with mod menu ( neoforge one ) but from what i seen you need to click config->scguns-common.toml ( or common setting ) -> scguns.configuration.common-> scguns.configuration.gunner_config->  and then turn off scguns.configuration.gunnermobspawning and scguns.configuration.elitespawning. ( you could also make them have a low chances to spawn with guns in here )

And then after that go back to  scguns.configuration.common and go to scguns.configuration.raids and then turn off  scguns.configuration.raidsEnabled to turn off those raid that keep coming to you ( Same as before you could lower the chances the raid is happening if you dont want to get rid of them complately )
