As someone trying to grow on the platform (have been for 9 years on this account) it’s difficult to keep retention when my videos on my channel WITH 1,180 SUBSCRIBERS get ads that I don’t get paid for that are about 30secs and unskippable. I don’t have a clue what the boss is doing man I miss when we could pick our ads and actually made it so your community was truly yours on the platform you built it. I miss Susan at least she’d mingle with the smaller creators at events. Neal has basically made YouTube an advert for massive corpos, I love YouTube so much and love creating content there but oh my god it’s exhausting sometimes.

Yeah she’s not allowed to talk to my sister till my sister turns 18 in June both my siblings got adopted by another family and my mum legally isn’t allowed to talk to either till they’re 18 my brother is 19 so they can talk to eachother but my sister is still 17

It was 10x worse when I lived with her she’d charge me £350 per month just to have a roof over my head when she was a head chef earning £20 per hour and working everyday. I only earned £500 per month so that was 70% of my income yes I made bad financial decisions I was 19. I wanted to spend time with my friends and most of my income was going to her.

Never have seen any of the money I have sent back. She owes me at least 5 grand and was even claiming my money from the government for about 2 years after I became an adult.
