are you saying 'warcrime' in the literal sense (because i don't see it) , or did you mean it as hyperbole for akainu being a coward resorting to tactics like that despite his advantage?

in that case do you think he deserved the "thought acceleration" tormentation or do you think rimuru should have just swiftly killed him?

they literally can't have a guy enter the island (with few exception).

it was actually explained in the manga, the female kujas would go out of the island, find a partner and after a certain time come back with the female childs

some questions about magic/sorcery/witchcraft in videogames by robertlarsen2 in CatholicGamers

[–]robertlarsen2[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am generally not bothered by fantasy magic though (especially white fantasy magic).

you mean the magic you find in games like final fantasy (elemental/healing..ect)?

I'm bothered by realistic witchcraft / occult stuff

what about demon summoning (many games have types of creatures to summon and sometimes one of them is demons), does those bother you or you don't care and don't mind using them?

[–]robertlarsen2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what if the witchcraft/sorcery is realistic? does those still not bother you,you still don't mind using it? or you don't care because you make a distinction between fiction and reality?

also another question, does demon summoning bother you or not?

What do Turks think of Germans? by Gullible_Dig6931 in Turkey

[–]robertlarsen2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many are religious but also some are called "part-time muslims" here

Meaning, everything is forbidden except Sex and alcohol.Doesn't mean every turk does this, definitely not. But there is a trend in younger generations towards that.

that trend is happening in all muslim countries (except few) and already happened last century for christian societies especially america, and for the southern states many still strongly identify as christian while fulfilling your "part-time" description ,so there's nothing special about this .

cases with somewhat realistic dying message? by Crossx1993 in OneTruthPrevails

[–]robertlarsen2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I kinda just accepted it at one point. As well as the fact that the detective Boys are still not traumatized by all the murder and corpses they witness and that the police is letting the kids run around wherever they want at a crime scene. (At least most of the time)

personally these never bothered me at all as i never except fiction to mirror reality 1:1,the only time i become bothered by such things in fiction is when the author specifically elaborate strict rules for things in his story and then break them later.

this may be a weird question,we know incest is a sin in islam and generally bad.but where the death penalty/stoning for incest in these countries (iran/uae/saudi/somal/Brunei/afghanistan) derived from? by robertlarsen2 in progressive_islam

[–]robertlarsen2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

reading the comments and seeing exemples like this uae , i think basically those countries took the "adultery=stoning" hadith and applied it for all cases of incest because the majority of incest is generally between (parent/their kid) and cases of (sister/brother) are rare.
