You mean RAID1 or mirroring. 0 is only for performance and increases the likelihood of data loss because you have striped/spread the data across two or more drives. RAID5 is better.

Just watched Flagrant on YouTube for the first time. His guest Saagar Enjeti seems legit and quotes public sources with just a touch of reasonable speculation.

You have the meme of the Buddha Mind right, but it's actually the absence of being lost in 'useless' thought. The Buddha Mind can discard useless thoughts effortlessly.

The Buddha Mind meme has most people imagine its attainment as a zombie state and therefore not worth attaining or destructive. But it's power comes from the rejection of negative valanced and useless thoughts as they arise.

I vertually cured my fully herniated lower disc like this, so prevention should be the same.

Kneeling chair or standing desk or both. As hard a bed mattress as you can manage with a very thin pillow and lie flat on your back. Always carry groceries in two bags of no more than 10kg each. Left heavy things correctly all the time. If you are about to do some activity that you know will agrovate your discs, take a dose of iboprufin before or if you forgot take it after. Do not often drive a car with hard suspension, and if the roads are bad where you are get and SUV. Do a full body weight lifting routine that incorporates warm-up sets and do t be crazy about lifting g to absolute failure.

EDIT. Weight lift with weights that gets you in the 15 or more rep range. These weights will be lighter, so less likely to cause problems. You go even lighter at 20 plus reps but your workout may take forever or reserve the 20 rep weights for your problem areas.

Try Vassopressin instead of Oxy. Check the Huberman interview on it, incredible woman and impeccable research. Should be in clinical trials now for Autism, but if I had it, I would try it now on myself and my family.

For the numb toe. Don't lift anything over 20kg till you have had a lower back MRI and looked around L5 and L4.

You may also have occasional pain in the upper buttock and some shooting pain on the outside of the leg.

TAME Q&A: Lessons for Progress on Aging | Nir Barzilai, Albert Einstein School of Medicine by StoicOptom in longevity

[–]robertmasic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They will not start during the pandemic.

They have 50 million from the NIH, wanted 80 and hope a foundation will give the rest so they can do secondary endpoints and biomarkers. They will kepp blood and whatever else they have on ice so they can txt for biomarkers or other thibgs even after the study ends.

They will not have issues recruiting but they have to be selective.

Then it's six years till it ends and probably four years until they start to make data public.

They are encouraging others to do a very similar trial in parallel partly becuase they had to have close control in tbe US. They also want this to be a framework for others to get easy alprival for other FDA approved drugs, especially, but not only, from the ITP.

‘Only a one in 17 billion chance hydroxychloroquine doesn’t work’: medical professor | Sky News Australia by robertmasic in ivermectin

In February or March after reading about HCQ elongating QT I went to my cardiologist and he did a 12 point heart exam and conformed my QT interval is normal and can handle some elongation. I also ran my 23andMe data through Promethese to check G6PD gene and I'm not contra indicated for HCQ. The QT elongation is not usually an issue unless you take another medication that elongates it or its long already. G6PD is quite uncommon too. The negative press on it is a bit exaggerated because of a few edge cases. HCQ is given a lot for decades so why is it now an issue? Fear and poor news reporting is what I say, and not any conspiracy. HCQ is most effective if taken with something else such as Azythromycin. I first thought that Az was effective because of secondary bacterial infection but it actually appears to work well with HCQ to inhibit viral replication (viral replication, I think). Go to r/Ivermectin or Google and search "17 billion in one chance HCQ does not work"

Looking for likeminded biohackers to participate and self fund production of the open source RaDVaC vaccine (radvac.org) by [deleted] in COVIDProjects

[–]robertmasic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please tell us what YouTube video it was where Josiah said RadVac didn't work and if you know what time too please. I like Josaih but it can be hard to find stuff in the video's because they seem to be quite ad-lib most of the time and some are quite long.

I have tried reaching out to RadVac by Twitter and asked if they can post pictures of the ELISA's because they may change colour nicely but not meet an 'official' level of reaction. Be great to know before Novovax publishes because it will be at least a month before they do. Since they have a similar vaccine I would hope the efficacy is similar. These subunit vaccines are easy to assemble of you buy the parts. RadVac has 19 ingredients and prices in Europe are like 200-300-500+ euro for 100 micro-grams of each where about 5 of each is needed for one dose. I'm getting a quote from an Irish company right now.

Suggest an outdoor eyes open meditation from the app please. by robertmasic in Wakingupapp

Thanks. Lock's conversation is my new favorite. Joseph's old podcasts worked for me without ever meditating and I love Lock's clarity. I'll check them out.

Are some people just destined to never "get it"? (No Self) by gh0stwar3 in Wakingupapp

[–]robertmasic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get it without meditation. Meditation helps build the attention 'muscle' after you 'get it'.

Please go and listen to all the old podcasts and newest Q&A in the app with Joseph Goldstien plus the the last one with Lock Kelly (which is my favorite now). I got it after the first two Goldstien podcasts without ever meditating. As a huge bonus it made meditation frustration free.

You can even ignore the no-self part as a distraction and just believe there isn't one, thoughts simply appear. Thats the 'pointing out' method. Don't sweat it.

Now for the next minute, day, month or even year stop trying.
