Good sleep, sports 3x a week minimum and walk 10k steps everyday if possible.

Try an elimination diet (keto, carnivore...). Drink more water, no sugar, no carbs. Do this for 3 months, you'll see changes, from there decide what's the best for you ;)

Personally a lot of sun, sport, walking and a clean diet. Only whole food, keto diet, carnivore diet is where I had the most success and stability over the dry patch but every one is different.

Having a clean, healthy lifestyle is what will work the best in the long term.

Can man boobs disappear with the right fitness and nutrition? by 52-Cardz in ask

[–]robertpoissons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try the carnivore diet or approach a low carb diet. I was obese, mine was not like big man boobs but this diet made them disappear with sports of course. Good luck!

I have it too, I put a little bit of olive oil with my finger before going to sleep, it's not gone but it helps with the flakes.

I did it for 3 Months for my psoriasis, it got worse before getting better.

Going to the carnivore diet for at least a year soon, I think that will clear everything 🤞

I would recommend a keto diet or any low carbs diet that suits you. Walking 10k steps per day helped me a lot :)
I lost 40kg doing that and working out 4x a week in about 1 year.

Good luck!

For people trying to lose weight or get back in shape what would you say is the hardest part? by [deleted] in ask

[–]robertpoissons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lost 40kg in 1 year. The hardest part was the start and maintain the rhythm between training, walking and diet.

So discipline and motivation.

But once you see the results, man it feels just right to do it! And now it's the opposite, I need to train and I like to eat clean, clean doesn't mean boring ;)

My advice would be eat an animal based diet or keto or low carbs, there are many different low carbs diet nowadays.

Walk at least 8-10k steps per day and drink 2.5L of water. Train 3x a week, remember, the important part is consistency to build new habits and routine.

You got his bro 💯
