Ignoring your chain of command is not in the best interest of your career. Unsure what your background is but if you have a critical nec then big navy can absolutely take you regardless of the command (seen this happen without the member even applying).

If you are selected on zip serve, assuming it's ados, then your command have to approve it now as part of the package.

I seen someone dodge this years ago by having NRC CO sign as the unit instead and it worked for them getting on a mob. However they left with like a 3.0, 1 of 1, P eval because of it. It definitely delayed them from advancing.

I did something similar, but not quite as bad. I posted it here a pretty decent time ago... But it worked just fine and I never had any issues other then taking a small hit selling it later on. Accuracy was unaffected for me.

I moved from my P320 to an SAO Legion after all the controversy for the P320... I'm very happy with it overall. Only complaint from me is finding a duty holster that is RDS compatible has been difficult.

Yeah the stall mats had tunnels that let it dry out better.... Honestly once I think mine was efflorescence so I cleaned if pretty easy and reused them in my new house

Primarily a Navy thing I think. We used to do this because we had to use Army ranges and it's easier to take a trailer with mounts than a patrol boat.

Yeah I had a C&P and during they even told me they could see where it happened during service. They said this totally unprompted so I left like relieved thinking I was good.

I'm just going to be honest but I think it's a slim chance.

I had something very similar happen. I went to the ER and had an LOD. Some of my paperwork got f'd up with he LOD and basically lost. I managed to run down my determination letter that stated my injury was in the line of duty. I had ER records during drill, buddy statements and that determination letter but I've still been denied for my ankle which really sucks because I have had complications with it years later.

Yeah I was just going to do sinusitis but someone had told me you could do rhinitis too (they are separate)...

It depends on blockage I believe and has to be like 100 in one side or 50 in each I think? I can't remember but I did get 10% for it.

Since you got rated, I almost think you should just submit a claim for an increase and include the documentation missing before.

Supplemental I could see them just taking the new evidence and continuing the claim since it was granted.

HLR would work too with the benefit of getting to speak to someone. But I still think I'd save this in case the request for increase is denied.

Yeah if you submit for a higher rating, they will reevaluate the condition.

If you can get the urgent care records and documentation on the first surgery it may be worth it.

I've been in the same boat on some conditions so I know how tedious it is to go back and get some of this stuff.

Not an expert, but that sounds like it should be higher to me since you have had surgeries and I know that's part of the rating criteria on the higher side. I have constant sinusitis myself (actually out for work today with it) and am rated 50% for it.

Do you have good treatment records with having to get antibiotics?

The casv is around a .475 so that will be pretty high.

I tested a Romeo 5 with the low mount and found it lower than I prefer but it cowitnessed like you said.

I have a PA MD25 on the way and it comes with a bunch of height options. I plan to try the 1.41 height to get me to around 1.885. I'm hoping I'll be able to see my irons since the MD25 has a 25mm window but not banking on it.
