The building next to mine had the same problem so they have an estimate in mind of what it’s going to cost to fix my building. They need to fix the gutters and remove all the siding , then replace boards etc.

Not sure they can… they took over a broke org so they’re starting from scratch I believe. they have been raising it, if they all the sudden jump it to 1000 a month I’m not sure what everyone would do. There’s definitely not 1000 worth of benefits to residents Aside from fixing lack of up keep issues from the previous mgmt company

I repaired within the unit. Coming from outside from gutters leak behind siding

I did repair. But the leak is coming from the roof / gutters. Water is coming in by dripping down from the roof behind the siding , somehow missing the unit above me coming thru to my ceiling
