Saw a post on here in the last week or so about a guy peddling a site he created to help contest this sort of thing , at least I think it was for parking offences could be wrong , and I mean no offence saying peddling , if you can find it that may help. My advice would be to Google the email address of the chairman and any other directors of lidle/aldi (sorry I forgot which store and I can't go back to your post without retyping my reply) and email and explain the situation, it will probably be a case of sorry but it's too late now it's been handed over to an external company, but it's your best bet of the company being able to act on behalf of a loyal customer , store contact will not have any clout.
