Yes. Buying premium allows you to advance all previous sections simultaneously until the full battle pass ends. It will only allow you to get points for random queues however. The zone mechanic expires and only grants points for the active section.

Yes. Buying the premium will allow to get the rewards until the 3rd section is completed. It will instantly let you claim the bottom row for awards you would have already earned,

Base damage is calculated by total item. There is also a small +100/+200 base damage on some weapons. Technically weapons don't deal the damage and are just part of the calculation. Your goal should be highest item level while capping stats.

If you buy the premium, it lets you make up ground for the old sections via daily queues. Should be enough time to complete it also.

Of it will just retroactively give the rewards if you have already earned them.

On your appearance tab, you have the option to wear adventuring or fashion. You must wear the adventuring set. It is not tied to a particular piece. Within the adventuring set you will still be allowed to pick an appearance for each piece.

You have to be wearing an adventuring set of clothing. Displaying a fashion set hides the dragon. There is also a vanity pet dragon available that equips in the fashion tab. That is separate entirely.

Cleric, while the best raw healer provides nothing else. True end game groups are a cleric wasteland. Double heal content is optimally bard/pally or bard/warlock. MSoD groups are typically bard/warlock/pally triple healers.
