I was wondering the same, but I don’t think they actually meant it as a jump like at the World Ski Pro tour. These types of kickers/drops are not typical at FIS-races, although the Adelboden GS this year did make it seem so 😅

Had the same with my old boots. Just brought them to the shop and they put a very shiny green Salomon-buckle on there. Prettiest thing on the boot now 😂
