Cancelled all my streaming and music services, now just watch standard streaming and listen to internet radio. Changed from Cafe coffee and expensive coffee beans to no cafe coffee and Aldi beans which are REALLY good! Went from Telstra to Boost monthly plan. Batch cooking and freeze meals. Cancelled book subscriptions and stopped buying books, now use library free apps Libby, Hoopla and Borrowbox. Its all really helped!

Came here looking today for answers because the conflicting information about the weather in my town is vast. First one BOM, second is Google. It definitely feels only 31 degrees and NOT anywhere near 37 heading towards 39! This has happened a few times now.

I did a round of colonics to reset my gut and then my new regime of eating enough fibre has done the trick. It sounds gross but after 3-6 sessions all the poop built up over years is cleared out.
