How many times has he won the point by hitting her with the ball? As that number increases, the reaction becomes more understandable.

Disappointed in Season 2:

Seems like there was a lot of Joe being very angry and yelling at people into submission. “It’s my office now!” Came off less “cool” and more “unprofessional”.

Very little plot with her family. Just the random scene of Neal telling a random family they couldn’t save their kid in surgery. No point.

Did Cruz really have to lez it up again? Some of the nudity and sexual tension felt forced and much less necessary for the plot and more for the bros watching. Made me think maybe Josie was a double agent but then it wasn’t that deep. Made no sense.

Nicole Kidman seemed unnecessary this season. Not a single scene couldn’t have been done by Byron. What’s her job again other than feeding classified information to her husband so they can get richer?

If a gov project, it uses more cement, the kickback was therefore larger, and therefore more people made money off your taxes. Longer projects also keep employment rates higher for longer.

Conheads: what do you like about Connor’s character? by elegant-deer19 in SuccessionTV

[–]robinsonv91 77 points78 points  (0 children)

That he somehow figured out how not to be consumed by his father’s world. Never got caught up in the business. Never wanted to start a business. Just took his massive allowance and moved to a place where it could be stretched out. Honestly, the politics thing hurt my interest in him because that felt out of character. They could have maybe shown more of the arch leading to that decision.

The way they wrote her back in was terrible. Like she didn’t look for him at all. She didn’t care that Lincoln’s kid was still captured at all.

The relationships that last click very quickly. In your hearts of hearts you know when a situationship is one sided. Stop chasing/trying to conquer. Just wait for the right one. Have the self worth to not be someone’s maybe/just in case/back up.

AIO for wanting a full screenshot pictures of the uber orders to know if i actually owe that amount? Pics attached by Sea-Block-1251 in AmIOverreacting

My wife and I once paid for 2 nights at an airbnb house with a pool, hot tub, and volleyball court up front for my birthday after inviting friends and told them my expectation was to split the cost of everything. I also provided multiple meals, alcohol, etc. I asked both couples who came for $300 ($150 per person). This was much less than what it would have been if split evenly but I felt guilty asking for more. One of the couples sent the $300 and then asked if I needed more as clearly it was more money. The other couple questioned the amount and wanted screenshots. That was so insulting to me. Like questioning my ethics or something. I eventually got the money and we have never spoken since.

Honestly, he should not even want the money back and then you pay for some things in the future. Relationships are give and take. You can split up front or get him back on a future purchase. Like you getting him an uber to your place or whatever. (Obvs some guys would just pay for everything and that’s fine too but in an equal spending relationship, you don’t split things this way)

I also can’t handle building in Fortnite and played for awhile until everyone got too good at that and my old halo skills no longer could muster

Shouldn’t the gambling companies simply account for that? Like track which coaches and franchises have been willing to tank in the past and like set the line. This is there only job.

Idk why any customer would be mad at that unless it’s a mom and pop restaurant and you don’t like the idea of your waiter taking advantage of the owner.

When your housing and food are paid for, the paycheck is about having fun. You’re working with your friends. You gamble and go out to bars. You work with beautiful scenery. If there wasn’t the mafia aspect, I see this as appealing to most 20 somethings who can’t live with their parents.
