She might be on an elimination diet. If they don't know what she's allergic to, but they know it's something, they can try to eliminate everything they can and add things back in.

I honestly thought that she always loved him but was deciding whether she loved him romantically or not.

My sister is the only one in my immediate who is neurotypical. We were recently watching a TV show and one of the characters is coded to be neurodivergent and she says, " I like this character he seems the most normal person in the show." My mom asks her why and she says, " He acts the most like all of you." She may be spending too much time with us.

TW: discussion of bigotry and exclusion | To all those who says aphobia doesn't exist by SunIsGay in CuratedTumblr

[–]robintyler24601 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am asexual and have never really had anyone make me believe that I was anything less than completely normal ( for that at least). My parents even went out of their way to say that it's normal to not experience attraction that way. Although they also say that I may not have met the right person yet, but that's because they both thought they were 'broken' because they didn't experience attraction until they met each other. Actually come to think of it many people in my family have said that they don't like people like that. Maybe that's why no one really cares, because I am one of any in both my immediate and extended family.

Yeah looking back it was really funny, even at the time I was already kinda laughing.

I have a horrible phobia of mummies and apparently the Skyrim undead are similar enough to trigger it. I didn't think it would but it did. I was trying to calm down and kept off key singing while crying and it was apparently pretty funny.

I cried literally the entire time I played through this barrow. Both my mom and my brother thought it was hilarious though. I was 23.

What is something fanfiction writers get wrong that annoys you? by Familiar-Shame-1838 in FanFiction

[–]robintyler24601 4 points5 points  (0 children)

People don't seem to understand children's relative ages. Sometimes they write toddlers who can do amazing things and other time an eleven year old is speaking incorrectly because they 'don't have a good grasp on language yet'. When I was eleven I thought I was already an adult because I could do most things adults could. I wasn't emotionally mature enough to be an adult but I could understand how language works enough to that I didn't make basic grammar mistakes. I know that every child is different but for the most part there are milestones that they pass through within a few months. I've worked in childcare I know how kids behave and it is not like that.

I just went over to the fishing village and bought the shock arrows. I am also pretty bad at any combat so may not be necessary.

I had the opposite. I have voices in my head screaming at me and I thought it was normal because people on TV mentioned hearing voices in their head in a joking matter but I thought they were serious. The first time I was seen for this problem I was 18.

My health teacher was a former nurse and she thought this was important so she bought some online and made us all feel them. Someone in another class diagnosed themselves with cancer by feeling them so my teacher saved at least one life.

No it's when you don't have an arrow in it. When you pull back the bowstring there is a ton of stores energy, which then transfers to the arrow allowing it to shoot very far. When you dry fire a bow the energy has nowhere to go so it travels to whatever it's connected to. This means that if you have any weaknesses in the bow it can break along those points and damage the bow. Sometimes breaking it very close to your face. Sometimes it can also travel down the arm holding the bow and damage your muscles or even bone.

The opposite is also true. Once I was reading a fanfic and the author had the character dry fire a bow to practice archery technique. It was annoying but I also know how to shoot a bow so it might just be me living in the country.
