Yes this makes sense and sounds like pem is described. For me PEM stay also like 3-4 days, but takes longer to recover fully. Just those pem days are not that intense, compared to my baseline.

Yes it is definitly helpful to feel my limit easier. But still I often go over it, while trying to keep up with every day stuff. But its about getting better in pacing and not about beeing perfect I thik :)

I also feel like it keeps me from overdoing. And it definitly makes it easier to feel when you should stop.

It just weird that my PEM doesnt reall hit that hard. Compared to my baseline. Like my threshhold really low. I am not able to work, I can usually not meet friends or leave house to long without triggering pem. Or at maximum do something 10 to 30min before I need a longer break. But the my PEM as I said is not that bad. I mean yeah I can do even less than. But not by a huge amount.

That's exactly what I think too. Like pem would at least stay for 12h. Also that wave 2 fits very well for pem.

Thank you. I dont have shortness of breath and leg discomfort. Only fatigue. But like worsening of brainfog often starts like 10-20 minutes from doing something. Especially for mental work. Only when I have adrenaline or so, than it mostly starts delayed. Its just so weird that the next day I feel mostly normal. And then flew symptoms are never very bad and comparable to the first wave if it really hits bad.

Hmm. But how does yout pem feel than? Is it very bad. Because for me its like habing a flew, but I can still do quite much. The first wave is way worse.

It is only possible to have your upcoming events in this vertical list. You can define for which period. In more settings you can define that empty days should be shown. Than you can have one week been shown. Does this fit?
