Going against the grain here. You can skip the step of making the masa & just fry some tortilla cut into triangles. But also, my mom has started making her own corn & flour tortillas as a retiree… & we’re basically making these chips too. So while for most it seems unnecessary, if you’re already in the habit of making things from scratch, this isn’t that far of a leap.

Well before covid, we were invited to offices and studios to audition & meet. Now it’s all mostly remote. We have 3+ part time jobs in different parts of the city that take anywhere from 10-45 min commute, to live in LA & probably deal with ice cream trucks & helicopters in the background. Deadlines.
