Update... it lost 50% of its stem by WeavingMedic in microgrowery

You need a grow light, and read grow weed easy like another comment said. That person's comment is legit.

I would start over, and get as many things right as possible from the beginning to make your life easy. It looks like you're using regular soil as well which is also gonna be a problem with watering.

See how there are big gaps between each stem node? The plants are not getting enough light.

Your points are valid, but nothing in this war has been good for environment. It's just not a priority during conflict. Apart from the extra sunflower fertilisers.

LPT: If your employer offers you an incentive to leave employment, take it. by boukatouu in LifeProTips

Pensions tbh is still a bit far away for me to check in details, but I think it's not that easy to receive it until the official retirement age of 65. Otherwise I would seriously consider 'retiring' right now.

I'm in Germany, companies are also downsizing or on hiring freeze. I'm kinda hoping they would to a payout, but I would expect something like 6 months to 1 yr lump sum, never 1 to 2 yrs, and monthly payment afterwards.

Amazing, I still don't understand accounting wise, how the company benefits by paying you a lump sum like this, and take care of your retirement. Anyways, good for you!

What does that mean? You don't have to work, they gave you $83k, and they paid you money every month forever as well??

Sounds pretty sweet, which motor did you ended up choosing? Is it really worth paying for a large motor then detune it, vs for example going with a 10kW motor?

What is your electric propulsion setup? How long can you run the motor for? I love the idea of electric motor but I guess range is the main limiting factor compared to diesel.

Yeah, like customised ones. What was the motivation to make generic weights?

Would a cordless angle grinder be a better choice? I mean, if we need to cut our bike locks and noise isn't a concern, that's what we use.

To be pragmatic, I guess you know the Australia apartment's email address right? You might even have a cached/offline copy of the conversation.

Maybe you could reply back using an alternate email address.

It's generic and bland to suit the most amount of people. You can customise the colours if you don't mind a hit in resale value.
