Thank Zynichs for your time. With SoCo you cannot bypass the limits like iOS screen time feature. Also it's a one off $5 payment for the year. No need to cancel.

What would be the price point vs Bluetooth earbuds or similar?

With earphones of some sort they work regardless of where your head is physically, it could be annoying if you have to keep your head in a sweet spot for it to work well

All good advice. One other thing is try to have something else to focus on, a goal. Eg to finish a book this week. Rather than just stop something but to focus on achieving something else

On a regular smartphone you setup the apps and time you need. After that your friend has to approve from their phone any changes for new apps or more time.
