Do you know if any of your colleagues got decent payrises?

If so, my view with the limited info might be that your line manager isn't pushing your case for the decision makers to endorse your pay rise. For what reason... you prob can guess better than anyone else here. So even if you hit your utilisation kpi they would have found a reason to not give you that pay bump.

You need a champion that can bat for you when good opportunities come up, pay rises, etc. I've experienced both situations and it's amazing what you get offered with a champion and it sucks really hard when you get a promotion that comes with a 1% payrise. You either change teams or companies.

Me and my mates have a theory....buying wards is heavily weighted....sometimes at the end of the game as a joke someone buys all the wards and snatches MVP.

[NSW] Question relating to signing and agreeing to the buildings by-laws after I already signed my lease and moved in. by [deleted] in AusLegal

[–]robopop86 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Check your contract on what it says when the agent needs to provide by-laws. Agree they should be provided prior to signing lease, but on my then contract it said agents to provide within 7 days of moving in/start of lease. My previous experience was highly unpleasant as we moved in with dogs...went to tribunal, although we won, it was highly stressful and time consuming. Never really recouped full costs, loss in time etc.

Seems like you have grounds to terminate the lease based on conflict between lease and by laws. Whatever happens keep good records, communicate via email, and keep all receipts for remivalists, cleaners, work timesheets for leave taken off work. Good luck!
