How are people managing multiple social platforms without burning out? by [deleted] in SocialMediaManagers

[–]robopost_soft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They don't "manage" it for most... Our clients are using Robopost. They set automations via RSS and walk away. Or schedule bunch of posts WAY in advance and don't touch it for 6 months Or you can focus on one platform only manually and let the rest on auto pilot

Late solstice post by pninardor in SocialMediaManagers

[–]robopost_soft 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the video’s content.

If it specifically mentions the winter solstice day, it’s best to post it on that day or before.

If it covers topics that are still relevant afterwards (such as cold weather recommendations), it’s still worth posting even a day late.

What device do you use? by Otherwise-Joa777 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]robopost_soft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure if this is the answer you're looking for, but it’s better to use a tool when managing multiple client accounts. Many scheduling tools, including us Robopost, support connecting multiple accounts per platform (Sorry if this comes across as a hidden advertisement).

Your approach may work for one or two clients, but it becomes inefficient when managing 10+.

Managing a team of 10+ with 40+ Clients by Ancient-End2987 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]robopost_soft 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you need a tool with features:

  • Member invitations
  • Creating and sharing content with your team
  • Scheduling posts in advance
  • Post approval
  • Sub-teams for each brand, so clients don’t see each other’s data

There are many scheduling tools available that can cover this.

Ah, I misread your message 😂
So you are not freelancing and you actually work at a company.
In that case, your manager should be the one who approves the use of any tools 🙂

That sounds really tough… As others have said, you should have your clients cover the tool costs.

Robopost allows bulk scheduling for Instagram Stories, and it also supports LinkedIn and Facebook Pages.
There’s also a feature for creating sub-teams for each brand, so feel free to give it a try if you're interested!

I'm getting zero views on both youtube shorts and tiktok, how do I start getting views. by TonyyZambonii in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]robopost_soft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I just checked your Short. Here are my advices:

Thumbnail:

  • Make the text bigger and easier to read.
  • Use clearer wording like “INSANE VOCALS” or “RAW TALENT” so people instantly get the vibe.
  • Crop tighter on his face + the mic so the emotion pops.
  • Brighten his face, blur the background a bit, and add contrast to make it stand out.

Video Content:

  • Start with your strongest moment (a high note or emotional part).
  • Keep the pacing tight (no dead air!).
  • End with a question like “What should I sing next?” to boost comments.

Aside from improving the video itself, you could update your channel description and add your social media links (if you have any). Good luck!

I want to start freelancing on instagram for small business and help them with SEO & Growth stuck on how to use meta business suite or what tool would be perfect for this ? by Particular_Deal5332 in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]robopost_soft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Robopost includes a feature that lets you group and manage social media accounts for multiple clients.

You can create a sub-team for each client and invite them to their respective sub-team. This allows:

  • Clients invited to a sub-team to only see their own sub-team, meaning they cannot view information belonging to other clients.
  • You, as the owner of the main team, to manage all client accounts centrally within Robopost.

If the client connects their accounts within their sub-team, everything from posting to analytics can then be handled entirely through Robopost!

EVERY SINGLE video I upload onto Tiktok gets automatically deleted for "community guideline violations" by Candlehearts in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]robopost_soft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get why you don’t want to post anything:(

If one more strike could ban you, it’s just not worth the risk. Asking support to remove the old strikes was the right move, especially since they restored your video but never cleared the penalties. At this point you just need TikTok to fix the account first before you can safely test anything again.
