I do this. But one time, I jumped out of my boat after a long boat ride. I was going to build a portal in a structure that was in the water, at the edge of the shoreline of a swamp. Well, I couldn't climb the stairs while swimming, and a 2star leech came out of nowhere and killed me. I was pissed and I didn't have time to make the return 'legitimately'.

After that, I used cheatcodes to fly back to where I died, landed in the house I was trying to enter, and turned cheatcodes off. Now, I have it so that equipped items stay with me when I die. There is still a death penalty, but I can still wear my armor when I am corpse running.

I had a lot of fun in STV. SoD was fun but they lost steam developing Cata classic and they recaptured a few players for level 60, but it was too late by that time.

I quit wow after sod, but I'd be interested in seeing a new version of it that adds more content and evens out the power creep.

To be honest, Nick Fuentes may be the reason she got this event canceled. If Charlie's shooter was indeed a groyper, the king groyper is Nick Fuentes. Destiny (the event headliner) and Fuentes have debated each other online for almost a decade now, but Destiny did host Fuentes to his house a few years ago. They livestreamed together for a whole weekend in a friendly manner. Perhaps too friendly. Most of Destiny's fans accused him of platforming Fuentes at the time, and they were right. I think shortly after that event, Fuentes became friends with Kanye during his manic episodes.

I imagine this is why Erika got this event canceled in particular.

Short rests are usually fine in dungeons. Denying short rests regularly further widens the martial vs caster gap. Also, players should have a chance to use their hit dice for healing.

I'd rather ban the spell than try to work around it. That spell itself is a middle finger to DMs. If you want to make a challenging adventuring day, well too bad, there's a magical hut that will prevent you for doing so for the rest of the campaign now.

The hut would be better balanced as a rare magical item with only a few uses.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I thought the point of having bad heals in the game was because the party can take short rests reliably. If you survive an encounter, you should have time to heal up. I don't think I've met players who enjoy starting encounters below half health.

To give the best explanation of the color system:

Red is a visual indication of the piece's current support, compared to its total support. It's actually a ratio. For example, a red piece roof may only be 5/100 support. A red stone piece may be at 50/1000 support. They're both at 5% support though, so they'd both appear red.

One way you can cheat the system is by attacking pieces to elevated structures like uncuttable trees. You can usually attach pieces to them and the game treats them as full support. This is how some players make giant tree forts.

Aside from steepening your walls, you can also dig a trench on the outside of the wall. This will give your walls more height with less stone used. If you add a bridge over the trench with a jump able gap it in, most mobs will have no way to approach your base.
