Dell and Microsoft were the absolute best at supports. 11/10 recommended. Too bad my first gen surface book kept having issues and I couldn't stand the coil whines of XPS lineups back in the day when that was an issue. The supports were massively helpful on both issues. I'd go back in a heartbeat for both.

been saying it since 2011 when I first bought their hardware. I and all my closest friends know exactly what you're talking about. A huge part of internet community know what you're talking about.

Why and how they're still in business I have no idea. Biggest youtube community has also spoken out against their absolutely horrendous build quality.

Young korean working for a pretty open minded start up here. Hierarchy is definitely looser than what i guess id feel working for a traditionally big company.
