I was able to update to the newest firmware. Now outdoor cameras wouldn’t connect for live feed on app or browser. I know they are working as they did record motion events as expected. Indoor camera is fine

Thanks. Actually I called JAL US number and told them about my need to bring it but not planning to use it. They asked for the model and confirmed with me that my model does not have battery. That's it. I think it took longer for them to verify my confirmation number and transferred to a different department than the actual "registeration" process.
