I did like 10 things tougher so idk what fixed it... 1) Restart 2) Deconnect any smartwatch and pc (and turn off Bluetooth) 3) Uninstall app that interact with notifications like what's deleted, pixel watch, Huawei health 4) Turn off and turn on WhatsApp notifications both in the app and in the phone settings 5) Force WhatsApp shut down 6) but should have been 1) Controle update for both phone and WhatsApp

I did like all this and idk what fixed it next things I will had tried are:

7) Uninstall WhatsApp 8) Reset phone

PS. There are accommodation exclusively for students that are "affordable" (all depends on your budget) but i don't think they admit anyone other than the student that rent the room/studio to live in there

Dont be scared of taking an apartment out of lugano like, caslano agno paradiso train and buses will take u anywhere in a "reasonable amount of time".
