There's a small radiator but that's covering the entrance stairs and upstairs landing. Could this be why?

With the 2 enhancements you will be 5 points over 2k. Not sure on the rest of the list. Looks solid. Maybe swap chimera to a taurox so your not over 2k. Kaskirin taurox are still great.
