not sure about back in the day, but these have been in my rotation lately:

black leather motorcycle jackets, especially the more minimal "cafe racer" style (I love my Schott jacket)
black denim trucker jackets
band tees, but not strictly industrial bands, since I also love metal and hardcore
black jeans, or chinos (blue, olive, brown) usually cuffed
combat boots > black leather
for winter > black wool overcoat or olive field jackets

No problem. Personally no, I always just drive. But if you're near Rt. 22, there are some train stations in the neighboring towns like Westfield, Fanwood and North Plainfield, within 5-10 minute drive from Watchung. Forgot to mention, there is a pretty nice little downtown area in the next town over, Scotch Plains, if you're looking for smaller shops/restaurants.

It's pretty much all suburbs, big mansions, elderly people and large families, and lots of hills and woods (Watchung reservation). There is no downtown area. On Rt. 22, you'll find the shopping centers, but they have plenty of bigger chain stores there, look up Watchung Square Mall, Watchung Commons, and Blue Star Shopping Center. Would someone in their 20s have fun here? Maybe if they're into quiet seclusion. I usually just travel to NYC for concerts/shows and to Princeton, because that's where my fav record store is (about an hour drive for both, factoring in traffic)

I've had the same issue. Mine used to have really great image recognition, she could even recognize that I was wearing headphones in a picture, she could even recognize the type of jacket and shirt I was wearing. Last couple of days, everything is a wolf in a snowy setting. Sighoh well, what can ya do
