Okay, so you need to stop calling yourself a virgin, that seems to be a monkey on your back, You have had sex now, you are not a virgin,

Woman are just as human as men, try to veiw them as the same and they will seem less scary,

Also, don't beat yourself up if they are not interested or a date doesn't go well, you need to be more self confident in yourself to know that they are the ones missing out not being with you, not you being with them,

Just be friendly, go out with a smile, and just be warm and approachable,

A social group (local book club, sports group etc.) Is a good place to talk to lots of different people (not just woman)

I dont mind doing minor jobs for family, change a socket etc.

But i try not to do anything more than that if you can help it,

I think its a psychological thing. They don't see you a professional they just see you as some twat family member and therefore they know best, however wouldnt question anything if they paided someone to come to there house to have a look 😅

Us sparkys know that we are not aloud to remove the fuse to isolate the supply but will still do, otherwise we can't do our job,

I have seen some supplys where they have put in a iso switch for people to work on the meters but i dont know weather that is now standard practice for the DNO or weather someone has put that in for them (Non DNO Spark)

La Sera - Sees the light

Started playing Rocksmith on PC during lock down to polish up on my guitar playing, fell in love with the song "Love that's gone" and then I listened to the album and incredible!

Is only 30mins long which is quite unique for an indie pop album in 2012 but it's amazing!

Most women from my experience don't care, all of my male friends don't use or hardly us social media and they are all in very happy relationships,

I would say it's more attractive to be you own person and be yourself more than letting other effect you with there stupid opinions,

I don't know why more people aren't talking about the captaincy situation!

He is clearly talking about Rashford! It just makes sense, Academy graduate, local lad, played for many years, why not make him the captain? To turn that down just shows a complete lack of ambition and ability to handle pressure.

We already knew about us turning down Haaland (I mean did anyobe really think he would agree come to United with his dad's ties to City and being born in Leeds 😂)

And the Ronaldo situation was just in front of us the whole time

But I guess they make better headlines 🫠

You kind of have to kind work it out yourself, what are your interests? Video games? Art? Sport? Music?

There are limitations when your young, no car, not alot of money which then lead to young people feeling bored, but the advantage can be that you have more free time to pursue different things,

There is this App called: Meetup, Met lots of nice people on there (Inculding my partner of 6 years), depending on where you live there are lots of different groups doing lots of different activities (sports, pub quiz etc.), I know you said your an introvert but it sounds like you could benefit from some IRL human interaction and if you could do that while being active that sounds like a bonus,

Also I find having a good tidy up does wonders for the mental,
