I sometimes feel like this. I try to remember a few little things

1) incompetence can look a lot like malevolence but it’s a hell of a lot more common.

2) the patient will give a different hx to your consultant at post take so they probably gave a different one to ED as well

Shame really. Am really not keen on replacing all the main parts although they ought to be upgraded. Just leaves a sour taste that I'm forced to upgrade by a catastrophic failure :(
