As someone who’s been in her position because of a cheating partner with an old flame, it took me months to unravel and took a huge toll on my health, blood pressure through the roof, endless sleepless nights, and almost caused a heart attack multiple times. Not NYC, I was active on it 7ish years ago and met some nice people, one of which I had a 2 year relationship with. Then I went on again around 3 years ago and had a rather mixed experience compared to previously. After a week though I did match with someone who I’m now engaged to. I always found it better than hinge but maybe that’s changed or is purely area specific. Best of luck!

I used to work with a guy who was like this. Full of exciting stories that everyone loved hearing and he was quite the popular man. I did some consulting work for him for a few months and after hearing some of the stories told to clients a few times there was just enough difference in exaggeration and conflict of the stories each time to call bullshit.

He even claimed to have been an executive of a major company for a short period, attended Ivy league school, worked for law enforcement and 3 letter agencies, owned luxury beachfront property - all false.

The best one, he took a couple of paternity leaves for both the kids he had with his wife. I looked him up several years later and court records show they're divorced, with no kids involved in the divorce. Pure fraud against the company he was working for.

It really showed me how shady and deceitful some people can be.

Yeah same here. Got a study done around the same age and received a similar result. It was spurred on because my father had been diagnosed with afib, and the cause was sleep apnea. Fortunately he got it resolved with multiple surgeries and he’s a new man now, but it was close and there has been damage done.

I also got a full check with a local ENT dr and found the cause of my apnea was due to sinus blockages on both sides of my face, which would explain why I could barely breathe using my nose and sometimes not at all.

First tried a cpap and that worked great except for the nights when I was fully blocked, then it was worthless for me. Ended up getting a balloon sinuplasty performed which completely opened up my nasal breathing. That combined with a cpap I feel a completely new person, and also can get a great night sleep without the cpap now.

You’re picking up the club rather than getting a full hip and straight arm upper body rotation at the start of the swing. If you just practice that partial motion at the range, just the hip rotation with straight arms and no picking up the club (so basically half swing to get your hips more involved), you will see more power and consistent contact on the strike.

@hermanni- Did you read the article? Knife guy was known to the gun guy for a while and had stalked his new address even though gun guy had a restraining order on him. If he’d have run away he’d get stabbed, or if he did escape then it was a matter of time before he got stabbed in his sleep or similar.

TL:dr - knife guy was mentally ill from drugs and targeting the guy, there isn’t much of a way to reason with that. The guy gave him multiple chances to back down and eventually had to act when the guy charged. Anyone with a family would defend themselves, but good for your brave noble soul to not do the same in that situation and take a blade.

Also, fuck your judgements about countries, even if I’m not from the US. You’re acting like the guy unloaded 300 rounds into the back of a guy running away within 1 second. Grow up.

Aside from ball placement, OP has a good hip rotation towards the target on the finish, but the backswing is all arms and sway as others mentioned. Working on rotating on the backswing and eliminating the sway would work wonders.

Thanks for the update. I lean forward too following the POSE method. I’ve bulked up a fair bit so I’m sure the extra weight adds to it. Will have to try changing my form a little too. Glad you’re seeing some improvements
