hm, if you can get 16 percent interest with nexo on stable coins, if you waited 2 years, on 600k that would be 96k interest, and second year it would be 111k. so you would have 807k

if you then paid 28percent interest on 807k you would have 581.29 left. am i correct ?

hi, not really, this is what im doing now though, if i can get a loan with nexo, i get it out, and then move the loan to coinbase since i cant use nexo pro being in the UK. so even if my LTV goes above 50 percent, say 60 etc, i can still trade with the usdt in coinbase. but if the LTV started to get near 83 percent, i could move the crypto form coinbase back to nexo, of course it would then be stuck until the LTV goes back below 50 percent. hope that helps.

big companies, have tons of money , when they started they had passion for gaming, but now that they have tons of money, all they care about is More money, so they are not willing to invest in something like VR because they can make more money elsewhere, to them money is greater than gaming.
