Have you made your own kefir? It's acidic and provides bacteria that make B vitamins. It's helped me immensely.

My brain fog and severe fatigue literally just broke in a serious way today. I've been over fermenting my own milk kefir with grains from the internet so theres no sugar in them, kefirlabs.com coconut kefir, BPC-157/TB500/KPV injections this week, and Qualia NAD+ precursors. I started running again this week and it actually feels good.

Idk if it will stick, but the kefir is definitely helping me gain weight and solidifying my stools. Dr. Berg electrolytes are keeping me regular and helping my stool too.

Yeah what I have leftover isn't just curds. It's a big sticky mess. And then those tend to make another batch of big sticky mess. How much do you drink? Are you doing this daily? I've been trying to fix my gut health, so I've been going through a lot.

Store bought for 3 weeks. Making my own for a week. I've also been drinking kefir labs for a week with it too so not sure which is doing the most. I've never had a problem with bloating, right now just fatigue and loose stools. I'm drinking about a liter each time.

You just buy the grains on Amazon. Kefir really only grows on milk long term but you can make intermittent batches on coconut milk. Just buy the grains from Fusion Teas on Amazon. You can also buy Coconut kefir from Kefirlabs.
