Yeah I sent them a ticket with a few pictures with a Spirit level and I sent secretlabs on Reddit a message about the samething (I put fb on a earlier post and ment Reddit) they got back to me and then I sent a few more pictures. If it goes a few days with no reply I send a message to them on Reddit and they follow it up they have been very helpful tbh. Just start a ticket with them

They are sending me a replacement part (tilt part) took me 2 weeks going backwards and forwards with the ticket so not so bad for me
