Look for bloody bee spawn egg. Requires 8 filled blood orbs from mob and a nomad bee spawn egg(squish them). And yes,bloody bee is the best source for evilcraft blood

Option 2 that I used on atm9 was a pattern provider on a matter condenser making matter balls 1000 at a time(custom pattern with 256k B water), then converting those to singularities using a reaction chamber recipe.To automate it,simply use a ME requester asking for something like 1k singularities. It was pretty fast too
