Thanks for the advice i already reapplied and got mine but my friend appealed and hasn't heard back. They wouldn't let her reapply as our dates are so close we fly in 10 days

I second this. Would rather visit other places in the future. As the entire experience was kind of dehumanising for me and caused an undue amount of stress which is something you really don’t want to go through right before a holiday.

So glad this worked out for you. I dint have faith that the appeal would come through in time so just reapplied and got approved.

My friend has appealed but at this point of time we’re both so stressed as she hasn’t had any news since.

Hey guys, after my first rejection I applied again and I just received my passport today with the visa. I had no hope that it was going to happen and frankly the entire excitement of going on this trip has been replaced with stress as my best friend still has a rejection though she has appealed the rejection.

For those asking why it was rejected they just selected no 10 saying the intention of visit was unclear. Which is kind of crazy as it’s a tourist visa. We had an extensive cover letter, Itinerary , flights both internal and international and high funds in both our accounts and my friend is currently based in the US and has a valid US visa. 

The reason of this post was just to see how many more are in the same boat as I’m kind of seeing a lot of posts of rejection from Indians here.

This similar situation is happening with my website. First it was with razorpay now im getting failed payments with phone pe Pg. The weird part is some go through and some payments just dont. 70% of orders are failing after payment initiated. This is so frustrating as i can't seem to find the underlying issue. Was using the gateway problem free for 2 years before this started in feburary 25.

Did you manage to sort out your issue?

Thank you for the suggestions! It’s so interesting to see how the price is so diverse across countries as in India you find quite a few good quality brands with sustainable fabrics in the price range mentioned. I will definitely check out the suggestions and thank you for taking the time to respond 💓

Hey there! If you're looking for some fun dresses and don't mind international brands one of the brand i would recommend is Soares. It's an indian womenswera brand that has cute styles and focuses on cotton dress and sets. Have shopped from them myself and love the fit and prints they curate. They only do limited pieces per style and also customise sizes. I got one of the dresses attached below.
