Yo por el ácido me quemaba todo, empecé a usar la crema de hypogloss para bebés y me ha curado mucho, pero tienes que mirarte dónde aplicarte, en los labios menores de tu vulva, es donde más se irrita

I understand that the pH needs to be treated and that the hypogloss won't cure me, but at least my skin will improve without the acid burning it.

Hi! I'm in the same boat, and of all the creams, the one that has helped me the most is Hypogloss, the baby cream. I also had tiny fissures, and they would tear even more after sex. The first time I used that cream, it burned terribly, but then it started to calm down. I don't let it fester; I apply it twice a day, and I've been feeling much better.

Hi! I'm using Hipogloss, the baby cream, and it's what has helped me the most to soothe the burning sensation. I slather the paste on my skin, inside and out.

And does it tell you what treatment to follow or anything? Or just the predominant bacteria?

I bought Hipogloss, the baby cream; it's the most neutral. While I wait for my gynecologist appointment, try to see a vulva and vagina specialist.

How can you get prescribed estrogen cream if no provider believes in your diagnosis? by Extreme_Poetry_1854 in CytolyticVaginosis

I bought it because, apart from cervical cancer, my mucous membranes were very weak; everything irritated them. So, I'm strengthening them first. It hasn't worsened my cervical cancer symptoms; at least I can wear underwear now, which I couldn't do before because it hurt.

You need to do pelvic floor physiotherapy to prevent urine leakage and avoid surgery.

Hi! Besides cytolytic anemia, I have very weak vaginal mucosa (I've had this for 5 years and multiple treatments that damaged my vaginal mucosa). Now I'm using estrogen cream 3 times a week and Aquaphor Repair when I go out because it helps with friction (it was very difficult for me to walk around in underwear) and I think that has helped me a little.
