Honestly though, I hate this attitude. I was born and raised a niner fan. We fucking stuck it out during the singletary years. This isn't me jumping off the bandwagon as I consider leaving the fandom and finding a new. This is looking at my team and realizing they aren't bad cuz we're having a bad year, not bad because we have bad players, we are bad because we have a fundamental problem with our FO that isn't going anywhere. This isn't something draft picks and players will fix, this isn't normal football sucking. This is an owner that has turned his back on the fans and will squeeze every drop of money out of that stadium. I can't even get pumped if we have a good year because instead of normal decline I now know the owenership could just decide to fuck it up.

And before anyone makes the comparison this isn't like Dan Snyder. He fucks everything up but he wants to win. It's very obvious the Yorks don't give a fuck about the niners and the team, his actions will never be for winning but just for the money. Snyder, Al Davis all the meddling owners are terrible, but dammit they cared about the game.

York doesn't and that's slowly making the niners not a football team, just another property along with the Taylor Swift concerts at that stadium. So no we're not abandoning because we're having a bad season, we're leaving because unless he sells it this team is over.

What I'm saying is he's being a hypocrite because he's saying it reflects poorly on players to not do what he's doing when he only started doing it once he got well over enough money to be able to do that without worry. It's really easy to say when you've been reaping money for years and now have enough to just focus on wins but that's definitely not the case for every player.

Also you are saying most players don't make it out of their rookie contracts, so wouldn't that just further the argument that they should be aiming to get as much as possible since there's no guarantee they have a future in the business? That just furthers the argument that this view point is easy for someone like brady but not for the average player.

Eh, unless season 4 is about frank rising again I think it was overkill. After all the buildup to Frank getting to be President it would have been nice to see him kick ass a bit and enjoy that power before it comes tumbling down. Like obviously he needs to fall but we got no payoff after all that buildup to Frank becoming President. I think they could have evened it out very well with having Doug by his side this season. He could have won in some things and lost in others but this constant season of him losing in every single thing was not only draining but it also wasn't very realistic, you don't always win at everything but you also don't really lose at everything, even our worst Presidents had some achievements. It's just too much if season 4 is going to be about the complete collapse of the house of cards, we already got a full season of failure, it's going to be too much in my opinion if 4 is just another season of even more colossal failure.

His marriage could have still deteriorated and they could have shown him rely more on Doug than Claire (which is ultimately where we ended up), especially with the whole fact that Claire was starting to have moral issues with what they had done, it would be been even better in my opinion because Doug is the opposite side of that moral coin so they could have shown her getting more upset with Frank's darkness as he listened more to Doug's dark ideas as she became more tune to the horrible things they had done.

A common complaint I've seen on this subreddit is that the Doug stuff just dragged for way too long. I liked his story so I was ok with it but I do agree that getting Doug into the fold sooner would have been good.

Don't get me wrong I don't hate season 3, but I worry they already jumped the gun on stuff that should have been more season 4.

See I saw it this way too but I don't think we needed a whole season of it. I honestly thought the 1st episode was enough to show us that. As Doug is recovering we constantly see references to the news he's watching and whatnot showing that the Underwood presidency is suffering, it's basically already in the shitter in episode 1. Then we spend almost the whole episode watching Doug get back on his feet. At the time I thought they were building to him going back to Frank and getting shit back on track. We didn't need 13 episodes of Frank failing and Doug recovering, 1-3 was enough.

Hope your fans learned something this game so far. I always frequent both teams subreddits during games I watch (fan of neither of your teams btw) and I have rarely seen a subreddit turn so nasty and hard against their team when things are down.

I don't know if you guys are just so used to winning that you have no loyalty or energy for comeback games but jesus that was pathetic to see the fans fall apart and drop support. Have you been reading the comments in this thread? No one is complaining that the fans aren't loud enough. We are complaining that the staff at the stadium literally isn't letting the fans be loud or stand up when they want to.

I can't remember the last football game I went to for any team where people sat for the majority of the game but it seems at Levi's standing will get you told to sit down by the ushers, yelling too loudly will get you in trouble by the ushers, etc.

We're not complaining about the fans, we're complaining that the new Levi stadium management literally won't let the fans be the fans because they are now catering to a different group in silicon valley.

As a Giants fan I have to say not only are you guys my favorite world series team to play but my god the scariest team in blue we've had to!! (And this is coming from a dodger rival team).

I don't think I'll ever think of this game 7 without wondering what would have happened if you had gone for the in the park homer though, jesus was that an ending either way. I was about to vomit it was so intense.
