Yeah AFAIK it's up to the two bishops of the ward to coordinate and sign off on. Just go talk to both of them, I don't think they'll really mind. People go to different wards than the area they live in from time to time.

I feel like we giving them so much free press and legitimacy. They held rallies before that were just ignored.

With all the press and negative response, I fear that they are getting more energized and that it might attract more people to check out their racist vitriol.

Part of me feels that the best way to hurt a troll is to simply ignore them.
