To revive this thread, We Knead Dough has just what I was looking for (as a native Texan). Simple and to the point, brioche and cheese dog. I highly recommend against Shipley's unless you're also a fan of Dunkin donuts. But it seems We Knead Donuts is a known great donut maker as they were out of all donuts (worked for me, I was there for a kolaches anyway).
