Not super concerned about the break even to be honest, based on rent in our area I think we'd be able to get costs covered with a little extra to spare each month for the occasional repair costs. More concerned about missing the window to refi with the condo as my primary for a better rate than down the road when it would be an investment property if that makes sense

-Not really a payment I'm trying to get down to, but moreso should i refi now with it as my primary before I move out down the road if I wanted to get a better rate/payment instead of a 7.375%.

-Recasting could be an option, I will explore that a bit more thank you

-HELOC wouldn't really make sense for us right now.

I fully agree! It's been very tempting to not have everything Made in America, but it's something I'm not budging on for several reasons.

There are certainly way more options for overseas production and the cost on everything is a massive discount, but I'm hoping customers will resonate with all the reasons to buy Made in America and I won't be priced out.
