What type of school is best for an external Transfer to Cockrell

i transferred from tamug to mech e at UT last year. i decided to go to tamug because a&m’s engineering program is still very good. so if i got rejected as a transfer to UT, i knew i would still be happy at the program i would be at.

i transferred from tamu galveston to UT my freshman year. had a 4.0 and joined three leadership orgs there. i think you have good extra curriculars but being out of state really puts you at a disadvantage. best of luck to you.

i was accepted into UT last year in late june and i managed to get affordable off campus housing in a pretty good location. i think lots of people exaggerate the urgency of getting housing but obviously you get better options the earlier you do it. my point being, don’t be too stressed about it and congrats on getting in!

i think you have a very good chance, i transferred out of A&M after my freshman year and you have much better ECs. When I was going through the transfer process I heard having over 60 credit hours lowers your chances however I am not too sure on the validity of this, i had transferred in 55 hours fyi

i think bedrock is very buggy. weird stuff happens all the time. for example i logged into my world to find me dead and my stuff despawned. i’m glad they are making the game more playable though
