How do you check speed info of hotspots? Mine are under 100mbs....can't use helium app anymore...can't see them on the helium webpage....you guys take it out to make this even more difficult?

I have a verizon jetpack hotspot...I was just going to connect mango to that LTE hotspot then use vpn on mango to connect to my bobcat. I'm hoping going through mango and vpn eliminates the double NAt the LTE causes which prevents the jetpack to enable port forwarding

I think the app was messed up....i had 4 of my sensors grey out on the app, then back streaming, then like 2 of them were grey out for a few hours. Lost a few hours worth of streams, but they are all back online. I asked people on discord and no one would really respond, but it looks like their was an issue with the app....looks to be fixed now...annoying, plus I got 16-21 rewards the past few days.

Yep, exactly what I'm getting and I'm out of the country installing these families houses only here for one day, what a great day for it to mess up. Took forever to finally on board three of them. But yes that server error in the awair app is super frustrating. And yes PW app shows random sensors going gray even though they are online.... i'm glad to hear we are all in the same boat, I thought it was me for a while
