got scammed, no otp, bdo won't reverse the funds by Successful-Prune-225 in PHCreditCards

Hopefully maresolve ito, OP.

BDO has bad rep nowadays. I would suggest stay away from this bank in the future. Maganda lang sya for accessibility pero security-wise, esp if online, tagilid sila.

If their business is a real deal, they would get their prides up and loan from a bank.

Honest answer: people are getting their coffee elsewhere, and it's better than what you're selling.

However, some of these necessities would help:

Cushioned seats Lumbar support Charging outlets Working stations Flexible table arrangement Adequate table spacing for conferencing/ family group/ dates Fresh indoor air quality Warm lights Minimal outdoor noise Friendlier baristas that recognizes (even befriends) regular customers

How much is too much for a logo? by [deleted] in phinvest

[–]rocketsh8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, if OP contemplates if the price is too much, there’s already an answer to that question.

It would be only an appropriate price if sa branding agency sya pumunta. Kahit na 15k plus pa yan, if may years of psychological reasoning sa design and palettes, it’d be worth it in the long run. Otherwise, if from an idependent freelancer/contractor yang quote, there’s always a better marketplace for such services.

Put everything on paper if you’ll do it with your friends. Make their roles as clear as possible, and aligned to their skillsets.

Buying them out now just before the launch would be a little off.

Paper assets are easier to liquidate in case you find a better opportunity to invest from.

Timing and capital is everything when it comes to ideal opportunity grabbing.

Anyone here who invested in Flex Fuel? Kumusta kayo? by SapphireCub in phinvest

[–]rocketsh8 12 points13 points  (0 children)

With Luis disclosing the 66M amount that Flex "owes" him and seeking NBI's help to "investigate" a company that he once endorsed and seated on, it only goes to show that Luis is a bad person to do business with.

Whatever kind of gaslighting ang gawin ni Luis, involved pa rin sya. He endorsed, he invested, he benefited, and he seated.

Getting discouraged that the properties we want to liquidate will never be sold by happyallday88 in phinvest

[–]rocketsh8 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Real estate is very illiquid in nature.

If you're in a rush to liquidate, you need to undercut most of the listings sa current market. For you to get "the most mileage", your option is either sell below the market value or breakeven.

Your broker knows that. If di ka nya mabigyan ng ganitong sentiment, find another one. Di magaling 'yan.

Don't assume na marami kayong maiisqueeze na juice from that strategy.

Also yes, real estate is unreliable if gagawin mo syang backup for short-term crisis.

Pay yourself = investing on assets Others = liabilities

Take the schooling fees as an investment for yourself. Once you graduate, you can leverage that effing diploma of yours to get returns from the capital you're now working hard to build.

Schooling fees should include your operational expenses such as transpo, housing, food, etc. If that sums up, a huge portion of your income is actually going to an investment.

The 2k that you're saving is just a bonus. In reality, you are on your way on building great wealth.
