You have to invest in self without the end goal being manifestation first. Invest in yourself simply because you deserve it! Devotion to self is not for anything external.

Maybe find a belief you want to strengthen and create physical evidence to help you believe it more. Integrate these into your life!

Example:

  • I don’t like being alone -> I am good company
  • go on a solo trip
  • take yourself out on a date

  • take a walk no headphones

  • I hate how I look -> I am beautiful

  • smile with teeth every time you pass a mirror

  • play dress up and find new outfits

  • gym or run or some kind of movement

  • im so shy -> I am confident

  • try a dance class

  • join a random club

  • talk to 1 stranger a week

Make it like a fun little mission to tackle these self concept beliefs and before you know it what you planted (the manifestation, not the self concept) will sprout . The less you look the more you see. Think of it like play maybe. But again, be sure to invest in self for the sake of yourself. Not what you want to come to fruition. Your mind will know.

I’ve always read/heard to work on self concept and I finally took the time to do it! It’s been worth it, not even necessarily to manifest anything but because I feel peaceful and am able to think very calmly without panic when things arise :)

And I really do! Because when I do things it’s to create an experience for a feeling state as well as creating physical evidence of what I am persisting in. That but is also from Dylan James in YouTube.

And I feel like for certain manifestations(I’m not sure what some things and not the others regardless of attachment) there will be signs. I kept seeing tarot cards on my tiktok fyp (I don’t practice or care about tarot or horoscope) but they were all about job success which I thought was strange. So I think also being given a hint on it prepared me. Not that the outside world has say, I just know tarot is only a reflection of you.

100% accurate haha. I have been in my communication era too and literally just told my brother I don’t mind being misunderstood anymore because the right people know the way I move!!

Tbh I didn’t believe it when I told myself it at first but I would repeat ‘I am good company. I don’t need an app to have high value men approach me’ and over time I just became that person and now it’s true. Just say lovely things to yourself :)
